Carla is a Psychology graduate and holds an Expert Diploma in Human Resource Management, as well as being currently pursuing an MBA with EAE Business School and the University of Barcelona.

She began her career in the training area as an E-Learning specialist at Hunosa. Afterwards she joined ALSA, where she continued developing her talent as a Recruiting Consultant at the training department.

In 2010, she led her career towards Professional Services, where she has been working since then. Initially as a HR Consultant at Ranstad ETT, she managed the recruitment and hiring of administrative, financial and business profiles.

Since 2011, she has been part of the Recruitment Solutions team, which is focused on the executive search and organization’s talent management. In 2015, she promoted to Partner, acquiring greater responsibility in the business and contributing to the business development of the firm.

She has additionally collaborated with digital newspapers by writing several business related articles, and occasionally given lectures with the aim of promoting employability.
