STAGE 1

Briefing

We start from having an initial meeting with our client, in which we meticulously define the profile of the position to be covered by attending not only to professional requirements, but also to personal capacities and attitudes of the future candidate.

We also collect information about the company to understand its policy and values and ensure that the candidate can count on having the maximum preliminary information.

STAGE 2

Market research

We study our client’s competition exhaustively to identify the most suitable candidates.

To this end, we make sure we comprehend the relationship that our client maintains with the companies that we have identified as optimal, with the firm aim of not infringing possible non-aggression pacts that might exist between organizations.

STAGE 3

Candidate evaluation

We stablish a minimum of three contacts for each of the profiles for each project. Through phone interviews and face-to-face meetings we evaluate the professionals’ personality traits, aptitudes, attitudes and motivation.

At the same time, we ensure that the project beats both economic and labor candidates’ expectations.

STAGE 4

Candidate presentation

Once contact has been stablished with professionals, our client receives the curriculums along with the personal reports of the final candidates. These personal reports include personal, educative and professional details, together with our own appraisal of each candidate.

We present from three to four final candidates who, due to their career, situation, and personal and professional traits, fulfill the requested candidate profile.

STAGE 5

Reference checking

We carry out a 360º reference check that allows us to know the opinions that bosses, peers, subordinates, clients and suppliers have of each candidate.

With this information, we issue a detailed report containing all the information literally collected from the contacted people. This document supplements the previously mentioned personal report and allows the customer to have a broader view of the evaluated candidate.

STAGE 6

Monitoring

During the first months after the incorporation and with the aim of guaranteeing projects ‘success, we stablish a continuous contact with both the candidate and the client.

The objective is none other than to check the adequate integration in the company and the fulfillment of expectations by both parties.
